As revisões seguintes no Códugo Universal de Conduta foram feitas pelo Conselho Diretivo da Fundação Wikimedia durante o processo de ratificação. Estas mudanças foram feitas para aumentar a clareza ou reforçar conceitos incluídos no esboço do código apresentado em 13 de outubro de 2020.
