施行ガイドラインの批准手続き
The UCoC drafting committee has written enforcement guidelines and eligible participants can vote on whether or to adopt the guidelines, and share why. The plan includes outreach and communication support from Community Resilience and Sustainability.
Movement Strategy and Governance facilitators will:
- Inform communities of the enforcement draft guidelines ratification process
- Initiate and invite others to host local conversations and seek community comments
- Be available to collect questions and input during the enforcement guidelines ratification process
We have gathered comments and thoughts from many participants in previous rounds. We would like to reach out to those participants and more for the enforcement guidelines ratification process, and to do that, we need your help.
Review organizers
We are looking for volunteers to serve as review organizers. Organizers should have a good understanding of their communities.
- Help is needed in the following areas:
- Translate the policy, proposed guidelines, and other key material for communities
- Announce the ongoing ratification process in community channels
- Organize conversations about the guidelines and process in communities
- Collect questions and comments to provide to facilitators for inclusion in summary reports
- Organizers should try to:
- Maintain the friendly space policy during conversations and events
- Present the guidelines and voting information to the community in a neutral manner
- Monitor conversations and community channels for community comments and questions
- In coordination with facilitators, summarize community input
Do you want to be a review organizer and ensure your community is represented in this important conversation? Add your name next to the community you will support or get in contact with a facilitator. The facilitators will provide support for this work!
