General

I took part in the Core Team of Wikimedia CEE Meeting 2024 Istanbul as Designer/Communications officer. (Diff post about branding)

I became the Communications Support Officer of the Wikimedia Community User Group Turkey
- I do all graphic design works, branding and social media management of WMTR
- I follow the Wikimedia Foundation's current campaigns and work on their localization
- Mentoring Wiki student clubs
Arhavi WikiCamp 2024: As part of the organization team with the role of Designer/Communications
I became a member of the Communication committee (ComCom)
I was the international jury for the "Video" special nomination of Wiki Loves Earth 2024 (Social media post)

1 January - As WMTR, we coordinated the Vikipedi:100. Yıl project. (As a gift to the 100th anniversary of the Republic of Türkiye, Wikipedians were encouraged to write articles.)

- I informed the community about the current status of my Wikipedia 201 project.
- The Japan-Türkiye Friendship Edit-a-thon, which will take place on February 5-11, 2024, has been announced.
- As Istanbul Bilgi University Wiki Club, a meeting was held with the Wiki Club of a high school in Georgia (news on Meta)

22 February - As Istanbul Bilgi University Wiki Club, a meeting was held with the Auezov University Wikipedia Community in Kazakhstan (news on Meta)
24 February - I joined to Earthquake and Cultural Heritage Wiki Edit-a-thon in Istanbul

- Arhavi WikiCamp 2024 Edit-a-thon (As organizer) (Outreach)
- The first student WikiCamp in Türkiye was held with great enthusiasm (Diff, written by Basak and Y. Caner Özyayıkçı)
22 May - Mehmet Rıfat Evyap High School was visited. A social responsibility project was discussed with the robotics team
24 May - Online meeting with Roof Coliving about organizing the “Placemaking” Wikimarathon in Ankara.

1-30 June - Wiki Loves Earth 2024 in Turkey (As part of the organization team (Wikimedia CUG Turkey))

2 July - I joined to Wikipedia Training at Hrant Dink Foundation
