Yes, and no. While WMF collaborators occasionally endorse or assist individual Ideas, we're not as active or available as other members of the IdeaLab community. For the most part, WMF will get involved with your Idea once it has moved into the Grant proposal stage. The good news is, that IdeaLab is full of skilled Wikimedians from all around the world looking to engage with others. Meet them here.
