Keeping events safe

Hi.

With regards to Keeping events safe... I noticed it was basically linked from nowhere except two pages. I am not sure where resources are REALLY hosted right now, but whilst I knew this ressource existed, I spent 15 mn looking for it and not succeeding. In the end, I went to WMF blog because this is where I learned from it. Still, it would deserve be linked properly in the appropriate venues that the safety team is using at the moment.
