Kartographer icons

Sorry I hadn't noticed the ship in the Kartographer icons, so your revert is fine, but I see you say that you've also removed the request for a river/stream icon. In theory I agree that a river isn't represented well as a point, but in reality I imagine it will still be very useful to have, given it is difficult to overlay a river with text.
