Jahresplanung 2016 von Wikimedia Deutschland

vielen Dank für deine Beiträge auf der Seite zur partizipativen Jahresplanung 2016 von Wikimedia Deutschland.

Der Jahreskompass 2016 ist jetzt veröffentlicht. Nun beginnt eine weitere Phase für Input zu konkreten Maßnahmen. Die Seite findest du hier: Ideen für Maßnahmen. Beitragen kann man bis zum 30.7.

Hi Cirdan,
ich verstehe dein Problem nicht, dass du meinen Beitrag im Kurier als hilflosen Versuch bezeichnest. Ich finde es legitim, dass auch ich meine Meinung dazu schreiben kann, sofern, wie ich es gemacht habe, klar markiert in meiner Doppelposition als Freiwilliger und WMDE-Mitarbeiter. Dass du das mit in einem Diskussionsbeitrag zur Mitzeichnung durch WMF-Accounts vermischt, finde ich ziemlich unfair. Grüße, --Jcornelius (talk) 22:43, 30 October 2017 (UTC)

Jcornelius, das Problem ist aus meiner Sicht das gleiche: Ihr versucht, den Eindruck herzustellen, die Community stünde hinter der direction. Das ist nicht der Fall, der Großteil der in den Projekten aktiven Personen interessiert sich noch nichtmal im Ansatz dafür. Es wird aber, das garantiere ich dir, in der nächsten Runde immer wieder gesagt werden, X Community-Mitglieder hätten die direction unterstützt. Das ist die gleiche lächerliche Nummer wie beim WMDE-Jahresplan jedes Jahr. Entweder ihr stellt die direction offen zur Diskussion (dann kannst du daran nicht als ehrenamtlicher Autor teilnehmen, weil du einen massiven Interessenkonflikt hast), oder ihr macht einfach mit dem Prozess weiter und ignoriert die Kritik (was ihr ohnehin tut, denn die direction steht ja schon fest). Versteh mich nicht falsch, ihr habt alles Recht dazu einen Strategieprozess zu machen, wenn euch das nützlich erscheint. Mir ist es nur ein Anliegen, zu verhindern, dass die Illusion der Zustimmung der ehrenamtlichen Communities erzeugt wird. Die haben aber ganz andere Probleme, als irgendwelche PR-Statements zu lesen und zu entwickeln, denen fällt nämlich nicht erst seit gestern der Autorenschwund und dir völlig unzureichende, veraltete Software auf die Füße.--Cirdan (talk) 09:48, 31 October 2017 (UTC)
