From Meta, a Wikimedia project coordination wiki

please provide me more information about creating page on this section.[edit]

hello, I am suffering from last many months for creating page on this section. available information is not very helpful for me, please provide me more information about creating page on this section and i also need your suggestions for it. so, in future, any page of me won't get deleted and always helpful for other people. thank you!

Hello, I see that you have translation administrator flag but you almost never used it (less than ten actions); if I'm mistaken, forgive me and consider the rest of the message for what it's worth. The current wording of the policy says «Meta administrators are able to add (and remove) themselves to the group if they are willing to help other users or need it», so you can add it to yourself at any time; but you may consider removing it for now. This would also help users willing to contact translation admins, making it easier. While I'm at it: please watchlist Meta:Babylon if you have not yet. Thanks, Nemo 11:32, 31 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Apology for removal of admin rights[edit]

Danny B.,

I'm sorry for the abrupt removal of admin rights on the Foundation wiki, which wasn't announced in advance. We've been talking internally for a while about making the governance structure of this wiki more clear, i.e., decisions regarding content and practices in this wiki are ultimately up to WMF staff. There may be projects during which it makes sense to assign temporary adminship to volunteers, as well, but we wanted to start with a clear separation of roles and responsibilities.

I apologize, though, for the hasty implementation of this decision! I didn't intend to express any disrespect or distrust. On the contrary, I'm very grateful for all the work you and other volunteers have done on the Wikimedia Foundation wiki over the years, and I hope you won't be too discouraged by this experience. I'll be posting an update about the next steps for wikimediafoundation.org on the wikimedia-l mailing list soon.

Please do reach out to me if there's anything else I can do. Gyoung (talk) 04:51, 13 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Global editinterface[edit]

Your global editinterface rights are already expired [1], but I don't see anybody that warned you. If you still need them please make a new request, if not I will remove them shortly. Thanks, Amqui (talk) 00:05, 13 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Probably because no one noted it on Steward requests/Permissions/Approved temporary. Right is removed now. Trijnsteltalk 19:48, 16 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Abusive reasons for block on Romanian Wikipedia by administrators[edit]

If you translate the Village pump of the Romanian Wikipedia you realize that the language used is abusive therefore there are making fun in a rude way about the fact that I graduated the school of engineers, they pretend that I have different gender identities, the use two double sens arguments either "I am a child" or "I am too smart to be a child". There is only one fair comment about me that I have done a lot of good work on reverting vandalism. And maybe this is the reason why some people are so upset with me that not only that they dedicated to have a rude attitude about with an abusive vocabulary but also to block me.I think that you have to check through the proper translation of the discussions that are going on the Reclamation page and also the Village Pump.Receptie123 (talk) 18:35, 14 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

WMCZ membership[edit]

I think you should remove information about your membership in WMCZ not tu confuse visitors of your usepage Danny.--Juandev (talk) 12:28, 21 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I am sorry for the intervention on your personal user page. I dont see the reason, why to confuse visitors of your Meta page by incorrect information for so long. If you disagree, explain it please.--Juandev (talk) 12:20, 21 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I tried to establish a compromise. You can revert me both :-) -jkb- 14:20, 22 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I dont mind. Danny B. is angry, that you intervene?--Juandev (talk) 23:12, 22 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
WTF, what do you mean?? -jkb- 00:08, 27 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I think he meant that if there is no conflict, there is usually also no need for a compromise at all. :) Vogone talk 17:13, 28 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Definitely Vogone, while -jkb- said he establish a compromise my question is, who is in conflict with me:-)--Juandev (talk) 18:35, 28 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Juane, když už zlomyslně zasahuješ do cizích stránek, proč si do shrnutí nenapsal "ty už nejsi členem, protože my jsme (schválně) změnili pravidla tak, abysme tě vyštvali?".... "a protože jsi neskákal, jak jsme pískali, tak jsme tě vyloučili.." :) --Lenka64 (talk) 19:00, 28 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

@ Juandev, and please read very carefully what I am saying: it is absolutely shitty to export your own and private problems to other projects just like you do here and like another one Czech user does on the sk.wiki. You should stop immediately to run through the whole WMF-arena and fling dirt at other people and construct not being conflicts between me and Danny - there is none. It is very sad to read it here. -jkb- 22:10, 28 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

T-shirts[edit]

Could you tell us, what you have done with 50 T-shirts you got from Wikimedia Foundation and Wikimedia Czech Republic, helped you to get them to the Czech Republic?--Juandev (talk) 11:09, 21 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

To clarify that. June 15, 2011 you have picked up the box from Wikimedia Foundation. This box was containing 50 T-shirts or polo-shirts and other presentation items. I would like to know, what you have done, with those clothes an presentation items?--Juandev (talk) 11:16, 21 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
