Add topicParticipation au projet "Modelling and Populating Performing Arts Data in Wikidata"?

Je suis archiviste en Suisse pour la société docuteam (Q21123855) et travaille actuellement sur un projet de valorisation des archives du concours de danse Prix de Lausanne (Q673014), en collaboration avec Radio Télévision Suisse (Q3416973) et, dans une moindre mesure, avec SAPA Foundation, Swiss Archive of the Performing Arts (Q50920401).
Dans le cadre du projet du Prix de Lausanne (Q673014), nous pensions utiliser les items de Wikidata comme notices d'autorités pour les danseur·se·s qui ont participé ou participeront au concours. Nous pensions donc profiter de ce projet pour organiser des événements en Suisse romande autour de la description des danseur·se·s dans Wikidata et c'est pourquoi je suis tombée sur votre projet.
Pensez-vous qu'il serait possible d'une façon ou d'une autre de faire collaborer nos deux projets ?

- Bonjour Gilliane,
- Merci de m'avoir contacté. Votre projet représente un excellent cas d'usage pour Wikidata et c'est le genre de cas qui gagnerait à être mis en valeur. Wikidata peut tout à fait servir de notice d'autorité et faire le pont vers d'autres registres de base.
- Une collaboration entre nos projets est tout à fait possible et souhaitable. L'équipe (Véronique Marino et Antoine Beaubien) et le comité du projet travailleront sur les éléments d'artistes au cours du mois de septembre et du mois d'octobre. Nous définirons les bonnes pratiques pour la publication et l'édition d'éléments d'artistes dans Wikidata. Celles-ci sont déjà passablement connues mais nous souhaitons les consigner dans le WikiProject Performing arts.
- Il est par ailleurs probable que nous rencontrions des problèmes de modélisation en cours de route. Nous tâcherons alors de les résoudre avec l'appui de la communauté des Wikimédiens. Si d'ailleurs vous avez vous-même identifié des enjeux de modélisation, nous vous saurions gré de les partager avec nous. Vous pouvez le faire directement sur la l'élément en question et/ou sur la page de discussion du WikiProject Performing arts. Vous pouvez aussi nous rejoindre au besoin par courrier électronique.
