Por medio de la presente solicito la revisión y excepción en el bloqueo global de mi acceso para editar en Wikipedia.
Mi dirección IP, 190.6.48.9 es proporcionada por el proveedor de internet, quien ofrece IP dinámicas que pueden cambiar de manera aleatoria y no programada. Mi usuario en Wikipedia es Chepele21. https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Usuario:Chepele21 Regularmente utilizo el servicio de VPN Psyphon, un proxy web diseñado para permitir a usuarios de Internet residentes en países sometidos a censura superar los filtros de contenido. CentralAuth and wrong Global account information?[edit]
Hello... Preface : i'm italian registred user on it.wikipedia.org since 2006 ... after a while, today i logged-in and i see that i'm elegible for The Wikipedia Library [1] .. "cool, nice initiative"...
Reading up and down, i see Special:CentralAuth, the global account management.. and i see that "spiderscai" account was registred at 21:31, 17 April 2013... Isn't exactly an a awful tragedy :) ... but it's blatantly false :P Since i'm a registred user from 11 apr 2006 [2] . Sincerely i've no idea why exists inconsistencies ( maybe meta.wiki was created in 2013?) but I was wondering if it's fixable, and WHO can I ask for information to fix it? So i've pick-up a Steward list, and you are the lucky one :)
