i am sorry that i didn't say clearly. due to the gfw, i have to use the open proxy to access wiki, and lots of them was blocked by wikipedia. and that time i didn't realize the open proxy i used was identified and i changed my ip address many times because i thought it will be sovled, but got : [There are multiple blocks against your account and/or IP address]

maybe the system has recongzined i am a bot. i think this is locally blocked
