To streamline the onboarding process and ensure all formalities are completed promptly once the results are announced, we kindly ask you to sign the following two documents required of all committee members:
- (L37) General Confidentiality Agreement – Nonpublic Information
- (L45) VRTS Users Confidentiality Agreement – Nonpublic Information
To sign these documents, please log in to Phabricator using your Wikimedia account, then visit the following pages: (L37) and (L45). Review the documents and sign them. (Note: All documents are available in multiple languages.)
If you have already signed these agreements, no further action is needed.
We kindly request that the documents be signed by June 14, 2026, the expected date for the announcement of results.
