Hi, Goldenburg111. Citadme is the sockpuppeteer and the main account, and is community-banned on the Spanish Wikiquote. The report is useful to many checkusers on the Spanish Wikipedia whom I work with on a daily basis, and is also a resource that can be easily referred to when users on projects which get disrupted by Citadme ask questions or request more information. We are talking about a community-banned user on multiple wikis who constantly harasses, insults, defames and attacks other contributors by using many accounts, and blatantly violates WMF projects' policies. Citadme is a vandal who has personally attacked a number of Spanish-speaking Wikimedians. I think it's okay to describe the habits of long term abusers, but it does run into the problem of no shrines to vandals/DFTT. PiRSquared17 (talk) 02:04, 18 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I doubt it. As someone who perfectly knows Citadme's pattern of abuse, I can say that most of his actions are religion-oriented and do not pursue recognition or attention. The problem with this user, apart from incompetence and harrassment, is that he possesses very poor social skills and is unaware of how to behave properly in a collaborative project.
