We want to know how well we are supporting your work on and off wiki, and how we can change or improve things in the future.[survey 1] The opinions you share will directly affect the current and future work of the Wikimedia Foundation. You have been randomly selected to take this survey as we would like to hear from your Wikimedia community. To say thank you for your time, we are giving away 20 Wikimedia T-shirts to randomly selected people who take the survey.[survey 2] The survey is available in various languages and will take between 20 and 40 minutes.

Zotero Translator demo
[edit]Hi there! I gather that you have some experience writing a Zotero Translator. Would you have time to do a demo of this during Wikimania? Thanks Vera (talk) 11:59, 9 August 2021 (UTC)
- I did some work on Zotero translators a couple of years ago. I'm afraid I don't have time to get back into it enough to do something during Wikimania. Do you have a session for this? Sebastian Berlin (WMSE) (talk) 10:09, 13 August 2021 (UTC)
the Hackathon is an unconference so anything can be planned last minute. I was looking to maybe get into this since there are a couple of Dutch news sources that have dreadful support atm. Haven't done much Javascript lately but can probably whip something up. Just some pointers would be helpful. Vera (talk) 22:12, 13 August 2021 (UTC)
- I see. I wasn't at the hackathon. If you want to meet up today we could have a look. I've been meaning to brush up on Citoid and Zotero, so this would be an opportunity for that. I have a presentation this afternoon and still need some time to prepare that. I can let you know if and when I'm done with that or we can do it after the presentation, if that works for you. I'm currently figuring out how Remo works so you should be able to get in touch with me there too. Sebastian Berlin (WMSE) (talk) 09:17, 14 August 2021 (UTC)
- I missed the notification of your message on Remo by an hour. Remo doesn't open until 2:30 CEST. The Hackathon's room 2 is still open though it seems that you need to re-join that room every 10 minutes or so. I'll be around for the rest of Wikimania. I'll probably be available any time that's convenient to you. Vera (talk) 09:13, 15 August 2021 (UTC)
