IceTre Acceptance

Hello there, about 12 days ago you nominated “IceTre” for deletion and in the most recent comment on the “IceTre” deletion talk page I gave absolute without a doubt proof of the subject’s notability (I was able to prove that the subject has released two or more albums on a major record label / or on one of the more important indie labels (i.e., an independent label with a history of more than a few years, and with a roster of performers, many of whom are independently notable).) There has been no response from anyone in 5 days so I am asking for you to please grant acceptance of the subject’s wiki.

Since it’s been 5 days after the 17th when a decision was to be made I fear that it may become forgotten about. You had originally nominated it for deletion but since it has almost been 2 weeks I don’t want to burden you with it. If you can close the request and grant its acceptance then I can continue to work on the subjects wiki and add in more sources to keep the page in healthy and proper condition and you can further continue your work here on Wiki and outside of it as well. Misrepresentation

It is with the utmost gravity that I address the actions of a particular editor who, in their misguided fervor, sought to condemn my contributions to deletion under the guise of combating ‘spam’ or ‘promotion.’ Such an assertion, bereft of merit and heedless of the broader significance of the work in question, constitutes a profound disservice—not merely to me as an individual but to the intersex community whose stories, struggles, and triumphs find so few champions in the public domain.

This ill-judged call for removal, executed without due regard for the labor and authenticity underpinning my efforts, is deleterious to the progress of inclusion, equity, and representation. It seeks, unwittingly or otherwise, to silence a voice that has endeavored to contribute meaningfully to the tapestry of human experience, shedding light where shadows have too long prevailed.

Let it be understood that such a cavalier dismissal of contributions bearing intrinsic value cannot, and should not, be tolerated. The noble enterprise of shared knowledge demands discernment and fairness, not the blunt instrument of unreasoned censorship. I beseech those entrusted with the stewardship of such platforms to exercise their judgments with care, to recognize the dignity of diverse narratives, and to ensure that no earnest labor is cast aside without due consideration of its worth.

In so doing, we safeguard not only the integrity of the medium but also the fragile, irreplaceable threads of voices that might otherwise be lost to history. Hi, you made more than 200 image replacements in Hungarian Wikipedia which made recent changes totally unusable. Next time please post a request instead on hu:WP:BÜ where we can handle it correctly by bot, without disturbing the users (unless it is extremely urgent, which was not the case here). Please unlock a certain page to edit

I wanted to request to unlock the home page of hindi wiktionary, since it is still in its early developing phase, it still requires a hell lot of organising and structuring . I am ready to help, I am stucturing and organising the wiktionary as much as I can without changing the main page's code since it's locked. I am working to make it look better than a mere cheap copy of English Wiktionary and make it more ease for other editor to access helps, guide and instruction that I faced on my first day of editing since it was all the how to: section was not framed neatly. You can check my edit history. I tried contacting the only admin (@SM7) of the page but he seems to offline since a month or two. Your help would be very much appreciated. Hi Ternera, I found a globally locked singer who created 60+ self-promoting short article pages on small wikis using IP socks. Shall I list them one by one on GSR or is there any preferred formatting that is more comfortable to GS for handling this? I don't know if you perhaps have a tool for xwiki bulk deletion. Hi @Achim55, there is a script some of us global sysops use that deletes any pages created by a user/IP. You could include a link on GSR to their centralauth and explain the situation (or just send the link here and I will deal with it now). Ternera (talk) 20:21, 15 July 2025 (UTC)

Well, the locked user is Special:CentralAuth/Badr rafiki from Morocco. The recent IP-created pages were https://guc.toolforge.org/?by=date&user=41.250.115.134 and https://guc.toolforge.org/?by=date&user=41.249.189.186, but I'm not sure if that are all. Five months ago they used https://guc.toolforge.org/?by=date&user=102.100.179.213.
