Weg?[edit]

Groet, Wutsje (talk) 17:55, 2 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Refill logs me out[edit]

Keep safe! Lotje (talk) 15:56, 1 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Blocking mistake[edit]

Hello ;

I'm M.A Barati and My email address is aminba76@gmail.com.

I think a mistake is happened that is leaded to block.

In Iran because of some strictly filtering rules and censorship, we cant access every where in web, so we've to use VPN to access them.

Unfortunately my VPN was on when i was editing a page in Wikipedia,

None of my actions is illegal and it was just a mistake.

I refer you to my history.

Please help me back to WIKIPEDIA,

Sincerely

Aminba76 —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Aminba76 (talk) 13:15, 11 April 2020‎

@Aminba76: I've given you a global IP block exempt so that you can edit through a block. Note that this only applies to global blocks, if you're affected by a local block you should request a local IP block exempt (therefore you need fawiki admins such as Huji, Ladsgroup, Mardetanha). Happy editing! Trijnsteltalk 17:02, 11 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

thanks for information ; and may I know what was the global block reason? Aminba76 (talk) 06:49, 13 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Well, probably No open proxies, or cross-wiki abuse. VPNs and other open proxies are regularly abused by vandals on Wikipedia as multiple users are on 1 IP address. As there is regular abuse, such IP addresses are mostly blocked. But if people can't edit on another way, then they should be given an exempt. Like you. Unblocking[edit]

Today start editing wiki pages it shows you've been blocked by this user. As per my knowledge I done no mistakes. For every editing I cite the reference from reliable sources. Never ever done spam editing.

If any mistake happen without my sense I ask my apology. And tell me to make it right.

Please un-block me. Please. 🙏 Needforname (talk) 03:26, 5 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@Needforname: I think you could apply for a global IP block exemption. So I'd advice you to send an email to stewards@wikimedia.org. Trijnsteltalk 20:33, 6 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Rangeblock: UNBLOCKREQUEST[edit]

I appear to have been caught in a range block affecting all Ips in my area: 1). You do not have permission to edit this page, for the following reason:

Your IP address is in a range that has been blocked on all Wikimedia Foundation wikis.

The block was made by Trijnstel (meta.wikimedia.org). The reason given is Open proxy.

   Start of block: 07:26, January 17, 2020
   Expiry of block: 07:26, January 17, 2021

Your current IP address is 101.51.30.183 and the blocked range is 101.51.0.0/16. Please include all above details in any queries you make.

If you believe you were blocked by mistake, you can find additional information and instructions in the No open proxies global policy. Otherwise, to discuss the block please post a request for review on Meta-Wiki or send an email to the stewards OTRS queue at stewards@wikimedia.org including all above details.

2).

You are currently unable to edit Wikipedia.

You are still able to view pages, but you are not currently able to edit, move, or create them. Editing from 182.232.0.0/16 has been blocked (disabled) by ‪Berean Hunter‬ for the following reason(s): The first IP range is the Thai government telephone company (TOT) and has been my main IP for years. Blocking it will render editing Wkipedia for a third of the country.

The second IP is the AIS Thai government mobile data Ip for the same area.

Kind regards, Kudpung 16:16, May 10, 2020
