Block
[edit]Not really sure why you blocked me as I was alerting you to an offensive username. I'm already blocked on en.wikipedia already, indefinitely and I emailed you under my own name, not a sock. I don't get it. Also, because I'm indefinitely blocked, I can't appear the way the template advises me to.
TL/DR: I notified you of an offensive username, and I did this by email as I'm already blocked on Wikipedia, under my own username, and your response to issue a block ? W.K.W.W.K ...Straight outta Underverse 22:41, 27 November 2025 (UTC)
- There's no such thing as a username block. I blocked you from using email because using it to communicate about anything other than being unblocked is a misuse of your email. voorts (talk/contributions) 22:43, 27 November 2025 (UTC)
- I don't agree, in this case, as I had no other way to reach out to you on that Wikipedia. Also, there have been individuals blocked for offensive usernames on en.wikipedia as well. Don't worry, I won't argue with you. I'm already indef. blocked on en.wikipedia prior to your block. I believe reaching out to you , as you were the blocking admin for that user was a use of WP:IAR. Note, I didn't sock, nor did I log in as an I.P to reach out or create a new username, I emailed with my current already blocked on en.wikipedia username. I'm sorry you felt the need to issue a block over that, but you did explain your action, even though it wasn't necessary for you to do so, and I appreciate that. Thank you!
