مخيم ويكى الست 2023 هيجمع "الستات اللى ييعترفو بنفسهم كستات" من كل دول حركة ويكيميديا، و قادة مجتمعاتهم الخاصه و اللى عندهم الخبره القويه و المشاركه المثبته ف موضوع الفجوه بين الجنسين. موضوع السنه دى ("رسم الخرايط، ارتقاء").
اتقدم الاقتراح ف ويكيمانيا ستوكهولم ف سنة 2019. اتصمم الاقتراح الاولى و اتقدم طلب للتمويل ف سنة 2020. الحدث ما اتنظمش بسبب جائحة كوفيد. الحدث هوا تنشيط لنفس الاقتراح بتقييم جديد للوضع الحالى و التحديات و الاحتياجات.
اهداف المخيم
احنا ناوين تقديم تجربه غنيه و معلومات عالية الجوده و افكار و تعاون للمشاركين لاستكشافها ف المستقبل. احنا ملتزمين نجيب ستات من خلفيات متنوعه عشان ينضمو للبرنامج اللى هيستمر مدة تلات ايام و بيتضمن محاضرات رئيسه و عروض و ورش عمل و مناقشات بتركز على دور الستات و مستقبلهم ف الحركه، مع التركيز الاساسى على تقليل الفجوه بين الجنسين. لان تقليص الفجوه بين الجنسين هو واحد من الاولويات المحدده، هتساعدنا المنصه ف التخطيط للاجراءات الضروريه و الدعم اللازم لتوسيع المبادرات الجاريه.
نتمنى بكون عندنا تمثيل واسع من كل العالم، مع كتير من التجارب الى ممكن مشاركتها. لان التوجيه أثر بشكل ايجابى على المشاركات النسائيه ف ويكيميديا بعد برنامج ويكي وومن لرفاهية الستات و برنامج الستات ييدربو المدربين، احنا بنتمنى تسهيل الاتصالات و فرص التوجيه للتعاون بين قادة الحركه اللى عندهم برامج زيها او تكميليه حولين العالم. من المتوقع دا يعمل شبكه قويه من الستات ف كل العالم و هيساعد كمان ف تصميم انشطه او برامج اكثر تأثير و منفعه متبادله و متعددة الجوانب.
من نتايج استبيان قبل جائحة كوفيد، نقدر نشوف توقعات المجتمعات بوضوح و كان فيه غالبيه واضحة بتفضل مواضيع زىفجوة النوع الاجتماعى ف تمثيل المحررين، و القياده، و المحتوى على الانترنت. بالاضافه كانت المجالات التانيه المفضله للاهتمام بتجنيد و احتفاظ المحررين (ستات)، اتخاذ إجراءات لمكافحة التحرش و انشاء مجموعات دعم فعاله و متجاوبه." كمان "هنقدم تدريب متقدم ف ويكى، زى تقييم نتايج البرنامج، و تحليل الاستبيانات، و الادوات، و غيرها.
ابرز الاستبيان المشكلات الشايعه الى بتواجهها ستات ويكيميديا ف كل العالم، و داا بيستلزم تغيير خطة العمل. احصائيات الاستبيان بتدعم "تخطيط و تصميم الانشطه المستقبليه حسب عمليه استراتيجيه حركة ويكيميديا 2030".
احنا بنتطلع لـ انشاء مجموعه من الاشخاص الى بيشتركون ف الأفكار من خلفيات و خبرات متنوعه، من اعضاء حركة ويكيميديا و منظمات تانيه متماشيه معها، بقدرو يتعلمو من بعضهم البعض و عدم تقييد الحدث بالنقاشات عن تجارب و انجازات و قضايا بس، و لكن كمان التفكير المشترك للمستقبل من خلال التركيز على توسيع نطاق العمل من خلال تصميم انشطه جديده و خطة عمل لتقليل الفجوه بين الجنسين ف المحتوى و الحركة'.
