In this talk I will share with the CEE Meeting attendees the challenges that I have encountered in facilitating the CEE WikiCamp 2015 in Skopje, Macedonia, and I will give my opinion as to what steps need to be taken in order to avoid them for future events of this kind. They can be shortly summarised as belonging to three main groups: logistic, technical and content-related. I will also cover some main points about working with organising team, third parties and gathering consensus within the larger international community regarding the nature of the event and its desired aims.
