協會成立大典事宜
- Wrightbus報告
  - 城大的課室、演講廳和活動室並不能以學生名義預約作成立典禮的場所
- Stewart~惡龍報告
  - 地點：城大康樂樓9樓城峰閣
  - 價格：40人 X HK$40 = HK$1600

協會成立典禮司儀
- 眾委員於會議上各提出應以一人還是兩人擔任司儀的問題上討論
- 司儀人數並未達成共識，待留下次會議討論決定
- TYC表示香港維基人Charlotte1125不願擔任司儀
會員證事宜
- 有委員提出會員證的設計應即公開徵詢大家意見
- Railhk0512指出會員號碼可以代替相片
- 會員身份的有效期以每12個月為限
- 其餘會員證事宜將由臨時理事會決定

籌委會委員感謝狀
- TYC建議臨時理事會應考慮向籌委會委員發出感謝狀
增補翹仔為籌委會委員
- Yuyu動議增補翹仔為籌委會委員，CEHK和議
- 動議在9票支持及1票棄權下翹仔獲得通過。正式委員身份將於下次會議生效
Railhk0512讀出其認為籌委會可改善地方的意見書
- 籌委會經討論後未有結論。

The minutes of the 22^nd meeting of the Committee were confirmed.

Reports[edit]

Wrightbus reported that
- The activity rooms and classrooms are not available for booking.
Stewart~惡龍 reported the matters of the establishment ceremony
- Venue：City Top Rest, 9F recreational building, City University
- Menu：Selective
- Price：40 person X HKD40 = HKD1600

Discussion[edit]

Issue of Membership Cards
- A committee member suggested the design of membership card should ask for opinions from public (i.e. Inform the public)
- Railhk0512 proposed that the membership number can be used instead of photos.
- Yearly as one year, the membership right activates quarterly.
- The actual details is determined by the temporary committee.
Preliminary Committe Gratitude
- A committee member suggested the Preliminary Committee members should be granted a certificate of Gratitude.
- The discussion would be continued next conference for more details.
Master of Ceremony
- All committee proposed the discussion of how many people should be the M.C in the establishment ceremony.
- No consenus had been made, and pending for discussion in the next conference.
- According to a committee member (?), Charlotte1125, a Hong Kong Wikipedian, refused to be the Master of ceremony.

New Member[edit]

Yuyu moved the nomination of Deryck Chan's membership of preliminary committee
The motion was seconded by CEHK
The nomination was confirmed by common consent
Deryck Chan will be the de jure committee member when the committee meets again

Next meeting will be scheduled at 6:30 pm, on 30^th June, 2007
