Instructions
Before posting here
If there is a bureaucrat on the local wiki, please ask them to fulfill your request using Special:UserRights on the relevant wiki. Before requesting access here, make sure to obtain consensus on the local wiki if there is a community (see the index of request pages). If there is no local community, request on this page with a note to that effect.
Remember to read the local project's bot policy. This should be linked from the local bot request page; a few are listed below. DO NOT post your request here without having fulfilled the local policies first, and having waited for at least a week to gauge community opinion.

Making a request
- Place the following code at the bottom of the "Bot status requests" section below:
===Bot name@xxproject=== {{sr-request |status = <!--don't change this line--> |domain = |user name = |discussion= }} (your remarks) ~~~~
You can use following form when applying global bot status:
===Global bot status for <yourbotname>=== {{sr-request |status = <!--don't change this line--> |domain = global<!--don't change this line--> |user name = |discussion= }} (your remarks) ~~~~
-
Fill in the values:
- 'domain': the wiki's URL domain (like "ex.wikipedia" or "meta.wikimedia").
- 'user name': the bot's user name (like "ExampleBot"). Leave it blank if you're requesting access for multiple bots.
- 'discussion': a link to the local vote or discussion about the bot (for example, "[[ex:Wikipedia:Bots#ExampleBot]]"). Notes: If there is no local vote or discussion, please say so below the template and explain why not. If there's no community, implement the standard bot policy instead.
- If anything is missing from your request, a steward will request more information.
Global bot requests
Global bots are enabled on most wikis using the standard bot policy (see list of global bot wikis and global bot access requirements). Request will typically be left open for several days to allow comments.
Global bot status for HRoestBot
- Global user: HRoestBot (edits (alt) • CA • global groups • crossactivity • verify 2FA)
My Bot has been active using pywikipedia's interwiki.py since last summer on de-wiki and then slowly I got more bot actions approved on other wikis. I would now like to extend my contributions to other wikipedia projects without having to go through the process 200+ times. As you can see, my Bot has made over 20k contributions without any problems (its vanilla interwiki.py). I thus believe that I fulfill the 2 requirements of the Bot_policy#Global_bots Hannes Röst 17:26, 19 June 2010 (UTC)

Hi! My bot in last year works on plWiki with interwiki, and I can working in other Wikipedia in this same time. Request in szlWiki and consent in laWiki, but I don't have flag them, becouse biurocrat is absent from 18 April 2010). Best regards, Karol007 ✉ 16:36, 8 June 2010 (UTC)
- Bot adds categories, so we need to wait a week to allow for community comment. Edits look good though. Please create a separate request for la.wiki. --Daniel Mayer (mav) 23:48, 8 June 2010 (UTC)
- Edits with categories was made in plWiki - when szlWiki was in meta page in plWikipedia (becouse Kamikaze is multifunctional bot on plWiki and plWikiquote). Look: import article from plWiki to szlWiki, category in plWikipedia, edits in plWikipedia before start szlWiki project and comunicat about start stub articles in plWiki before start szlWiki and start project on new test serwer in 2006. Karol007 ✉ 03:06, 9 June 2010 (UTC)
- Hey, i'm an admin of szl.wikipedia. It's rather not very active project, and bot requests page is _very_ inactive, as you see, so i guess that votes of 66% of admins (in fact 2/3 ;)) is enought to gain him a flag. He'd help us a lot. Herr Kriss 21:01, 14 June 2010 (UTC)
