Request for a new language edition: Wikipedia Khowar

submitted verification final decision This language has been verified as eligible. The language is eligible for a project, which means that the subdomain can be created once there is an active community and a localized interface, as described in the language proposal policy. You can discuss the creation of this language project on this page. Once the criteria are met, the language committee can proceed with the approval, will verify the test project content with a reliable neutral source, such as a professor or expert and notify the Board of Trustees for a possible veto. • Support As a sysop of the Wikipedia Khowar (Chitrali Language Wikipedia), I am proposing a Khowar (Chitrali) Wikipedia edition. Khowar is one of spoken languages in Chitral(Pakistan), Swat(Pakistan), Gilgit-Baltistan(Pakistan), Xingjing(China), Sheghnan(Afghanistan), Chatur(India), and there is an increasing interest among young native speakers towards developing the language. It will be useful to Khowar internet users to report news from worldwide. Approximately, there are 10 million of speakers worldwide. I strongly feel it deserves its own Wikipedia. Localisation update

• Currently 100% of the MediaWiki messages and 99% of the messages of the extensions used by the Wikimedia Foundation projects have been translated and localised by Chitrali Researcher and online Translator Rehmat Aziz Chitrali. Please help us help Khowar language by localising at Betawiki. This is the recent localisation activity for your language. Localising the "most used messages" first has the biggest impact on the usability of Wikis in Khowar.
• Currently 100% of the MediaWiki messages and 99% of the messages of the extensions used by the Wikimedia Foundation projects have been localised. Localisation of these messages is a requirement before your request is finally assessed. Rehmat Aziz Chitrali has been translating a bit in the past 9 months.
