Die Benutzergruppe Wikimedianer der Turksprachen ist eine Wikimedia-Benutzergruppe, die von aktiven Wikimedianern gegründet wurde, die zu Wikimedia-Projekten in Turksprachen beitragen und diese entwickeln. Sie zielt darauf ab, die von der Wikimedia Foundation angebotenen Projekte zu fördern und sich an ihnen zu beteiligen und die turkische Gemeinschaft zu organisieren. Eine ihrer Hauptaufgaben besteht darin, Menschen dabei zu unterstützen und zu ermutigen, Wissen und andere Bildungsinhalte und kulturelle und historische Inhalte zu sammeln, zu entwickeln und zu verbreiten, die gemeinfrei sind oder unter anderen Lizenzen stehen, die es jedem ermöglichen, das Wissen frei zu nutzen und diese Inhalte frei zu verbreiten und zu verändern. Außerdem ist es unser Hauptziel, Wikimedia-Projekte in Turksprachen zu entwickeln sowie turkischsprachigen Benutzern und Gemeinschaften zu helfen und sie zu ermutigen.

Ziele

  • Promote awareness of the Turkic Wikimedia projects;
  • Support and develop Turkic communities;
  • Engage the community and gain new contributors for the User Group and Wikimedia projects;
  • Cooperate with other institutions with similar missions and visions to promote free knowledge movement in Turkic countries;
  • Legalization of FoP in Turkic countries;
  • Increase content about Turkic people in Commons.

Geschichte

Die Entscheidung, eine Benutzergruppe für Turksprachen zu gründen, wurde von Benutzern von Wikimedia-Projekten, die Turksprachen sprechen, bei einem Treffen auf der Wikimania 2019 in Stockholm getroffen. Das Hauptziel dieser Benutzergruppe besteht darin, eine gemeinsame Plattform für Wikimedia-Benutzer zu schaffen, um Wikimedia-Projekte in Turksprachen zu entwickeln.
