This page is the central place where organizations and groups working in the Wikimedia movement (e.g. Wikimedia chapters, Wikimedia thematic organizations, Wikimedia user groups) can add reports about their activities, and share their plans and news with the wider movement. When new reports are available, organizations and groups should add them to this page to keep their columns up to date. Once a report is published, please send an email to WikimediaAnnounce-l in order to make a movement-wide audience aware of it.
This page is also used to track how organizations and groups are meeting reporting requirements described in their agreements with the Wikimedia Foundation (e.g. chapter agreements, thematic organization agreements, user group agreements). For chapters and thematic organizations, these requirements are usually at least one activity report in English and one financial statement in English within 4 months of the end of the organization's fiscal year. Reporting requirements for most user groups, allied organizations, or global activities are optional.
