What is the purpose of the campaign? How will you measure the success of the campaign?

Description - Science Photo Competition 2020 in Ukrainian Wikipedia will be a new edition of several earlier contests for scientific photos and articles on science in Ukraine. Having a CentralNotice banner is an important aspect for the success of the contest and thus for closing content gaps on Ukrainian science.

Metrics - 400 high-value photos uploaded, 30 participants & volunteers involved
