View diffs in the Watchlist

Problem: Users have to visit the page of a diff in order to view it.
Proposed solution: Provide an expandable container option for a change in the watchlist that shows the changes made (the diff) inside of it.
Who would benefit: All editors of MediaWiki wikis

@Putnik As the linked phabricator ticket describes, I would like to have it natively added to MediaWiki so that users immediately can have it at their disposal and do not have to install a userscript that is only available in Russian and English. @Spinningspark Well then I guess we should build in a configuration option to mark diffs as read or not when you open them from the Watchlist.
