Landing at Ben Guryon Airport

[edit]

You will land at the Ben Gurion International Airport (TLV) near Tel Aviv. With security problems and refugee crises all over the region, this is probably not the easiest time for international passengers. We asked you to submit your personal details in advance in order to make the border control and security checks shorter and more convenient.

Please have the attached invitation letter at hand, in case you will be asked to prove the purpose of your visit. If you did not submit your details in advance, don't worry, but be patient and bear in mind that the airport procedures might be lengthy.

If you have a problem or need to ask a question, call the organizing team at 050-9533179 (+972-50-9533179). This number will available during the time of the conference.
