What is the problem you're trying to solve?[edit]
According to Janet Gleeson, page 235 and prior, John Law stayed at his estate, waiting for passports, transport, and money. It is Duc de Bourbon through his mistress, who provided transportation with 2 set of carriage and letters pledging safe conduct. 2 passports under Law and du Jardin were provided.

Clarification is needed as to where the information was obtained and several quotes are not verified.
