A spammer that I blocked posting external links on Wikipedia ended up creating a harassment website under a URL titled after my real name; Wikipedia functionaries and WMF legal washed their hands.

- Support. This is incredibly important. I understand that they can't protect us from everything, but some support would be nice - I've heard some horrific stories about people who received a large amount of harassment off WP for things that happened on WP. I think that some activity by the WMF would potentially help deter people from off WP harassment, since some of it likely happens because they don't think that WP will do anything about it.
