Are you saying that new users should have Twinkle? I thought the reason new users can't use it is to prevent vandalism which would rarely be a barrier except for those who were making a clean start, had worked on another project etc. Or is this something else which is used to warn/block users? If IPs can could block users, it will would not get better, blocking is only available for admins. 333-blue 23:05, 15 March 2016 (UTC)

I'm not too sure what you're proposing here, can you expand? Where did you get the idea that IPs can/would be able to block users?  DiscantX 05:22, 16 March 2016 (UTC)

@Bluedeck: Let me explain through: the idea aims to open the right to use Twinkle to IP users and newcomers in order to make their edit activities easier. Though I've emphasize the risk it can produce (see discussion). --Spring Roll Conan ( Teahouse | Contributions ) 07:35, 17 March 2016 (UTC)
