What problem does this solve?[edit]

Outreach efforts attract volunteers to events, but once the event is over, it can be a time-consuming challenge to stay in touch, and stay relevant.

What is the solution?[edit]

Once volunteers sign up with your event through one of your outreach efforts (e.g. an event, your website list, social media, Wiki Meetup page), you can add their emails to a listserv and send an email or two ahead of your event through a service like Benchmark letting them know about it, and other relevant news. The service comes with analytics and other tools to minimize work needed on your end, scheduled delivery and offers the option the share to social media and other time saving tools.
