昨年度、私たちはユーザグループを結成し、2023年10月に提携団体（Affiliate）となりました。 その年度、私たちは日本語版ウィキペディア執筆者の属性およびモチベーションについてのアンケートを行いました。 自由回答を読むと、ウィキペディアの品質に不満を持っている執筆者がいることがわかります。See --> https://diff.wikimedia.org/2024/02/07/motivation-and-complaints-of-japanese-wikipedia-editors-second-half/

また大きな問題は女性の少なさですが、これは今後の特別な課題として、時間をかけて理由を尋ね、対策を考える必要があります。そのため、「UCoCの啓発活動」を除き、来年度の具体的な企画には含めません。

私たちのFY2024-2025の戦略は以下の通りです。

1）日本語版ウィキメディアプロジェクトに関しては、記事の質的な向上が必要である。執筆に関するコミュニティへの支援を行う。 1)-1 貢献者と閲覧者の多様な要求に応えるよう、記事と貢献者双方における多様性を目指す

• 1)-2 コンテンツの欠落を埋めるための活動を行う
• 2）ウィキプロジェクト参加者の心理的安全性を高めるための啓発活動
• 3）ユーザーグループのメンバーの増加と運営体制の確立
• ４）他言語版のウィキメディアン、多言語版のユーザーとの接点が少なく、日本語版の活動についてはあまり周知がなされていなかった。日本/日本語版での活動についての調査および情報発信を行う。
• 5）日本では、ユーザーグループの成立以前から、ウィキメディアンは日本国内のウィキメディアン以外の人たちとの関係を構築し、多くの初心者向けプログラムが開催している。これらに関しては、互いの活動を尊重しつつ、必要に応じて互いに連携・補完しあうことができる関係を構築する。
• 6）日本語版ウィキペディアに集中している状況から、他のウィキメディアプロジェクトへの関心を高める。

企画4 ユーザーグループの基礎を固め発展を目指す

企画4 プログラムA 非営利型一般社団法人を設立する。

• JAUGは定款、役割分担、契約文書などを確立・改善していく必要があります。必要であれば、専門家の力を借ります。
• 昨年（FY2023）は東京都公認のNPO法人を目指していました。ですが、設立要件によると、賛同者が10人必要で、本名がインターネットで公開されるため、日本語版ではハードルが高いといえます。（本名を公表すると嫌がらせの元になりかねません）
• 現状、JAUGは単なる任意団体で、町内会や学校でのクラブ活動と変わりません。特に問題になるのは、契約や銀行口座開設などを行う場合には、代表が個人名で行わねばならないことです。これでは求人や業務委託などは困難であり、社会的信用も得られづらいと言えるでしょう。
• したがって、私たちは、NPO法人の代わりに、より簡単に設立できる「一般社団法人」（非営利型）の設立を目指します。これは最低2名から設立可能です。
