Le mois de mars et mai sont des mois dédiés à la célébration de la Femme et de la Mère. Art + féminisme , un projet visant à améliorer la représentation des femmes et à réduire le fossé des genres sur Wikimédia est un évènement organisé pour valoriser et célébrer les femmes Ivoiriennes. Le projet intitulé, FEMMES D’ICI, consiste à créer ou améliorer les articles de 33 femmes Ivoiriennes générés par l’outil GAWA (Générateur d'Article Wikipédia à Améliorer). C’est un outil développé et géré par l'équipe de développeurs de la communauté Wikimedia Côte d'Ivoire . Dans une dynamique de célébration de la femme, nous allons dans la première étape du projet, travailler sur dix (10) articles, ensuite pour la deuxième étapes dix (10) et enfin les 13 derniers articles.
Pour atteindre nos objectifs, nous procéderons par une campagne d’information et d’appel à candidatures relative au projet, sélectionner 10 candidats, ensuite leur communiquer les articles pour des recherches avant le jour de l’atelier pour être plus efficace et productif.
Par expérience, lorsque je communique les articles sur lesquels les participants doivent travailler avant le jour de l’atelier, les participants sont plus productifs et les articles sont de qualités.

Suivi et Évaluation : Approche : Utiliser des indicateurs clés tels que le nombre d'articles créés, le nombre de participants, être à l’écoute des participants et également l’évaluation du formateur.

Les participants cibles seront de la communauté Wikimédia Côte d’Ivoire et d’ailleurs. Nous inviterons les internautes à s’inscrire au formulaire de participation à l’atelier via les réseaux sociaux et d’autres canaux de communication. Pendant les activités, nous procéderons par une séance de formation pour les néophytes et un recyclage pour les anciens puis commencer la série de contribution.

Etant secrétaire général de ma communauté, je travaille en parfaite collaboration avec ma communauté (Wikimédia Côte d’Ivoire). En effet, comme signifié en amont, l’outil GAWA a été développé pour améliorer les articles Ivoiriens en souffrance. Et avant de soumettre le projet, je l’ai présenté au président (Donatien Kangah) de notre Communauté pour son approbation tout en tenant compte de notre programme interne.
