1. What is the change that you are trying to bring about and why is this important.

I'm trying yo look at history and preserve it. I have seen that there's no photos of most prominent historical mountains, hills and rocks and other historical places in the northern Nigeria in the wiki Commons. Such places include,

1. Rigiyar Kusugu.
2. Dutsen Kufaina, Zaria.
3. Dala Da Gauran Dutse Kano.
4. River Niger
5. River Venue
6. Dutsen Turunku.
7. Kwatar Kwashi.
8. Dutsen Kujama.

This are example of places they are not properly documented in the wiki Commons.

This project will give these places a clear documentation in the commons through this photo work.

Also its indeed important because these are prominent and important historical places in Nigeria.

The main approches I intent to follow here is photowalk in other for me and the team to visit the places personally and have the best picture that will represent them better. And organised a workshop where the photos will be uploaded to the Wikimedia commons.

The activities will be a collective and shared activities in other to leverage within the group and team that I want to work with to have better and effective works towards the photowalk.

i will like to understand how the new changes brought will affect the community and how best our community will utilise the changes. i will also like to learn how to motivate our community to write articles on this places that are prominent and are absent in the wiki commons and hausa wikipedia.
