In a realm where the vibrant tapestry of Nigeria's literary brilliance often goes unnoticed, we intend to kindle a newfound awareness and appreciation for the rich tapestry of books and authors among Corps members. Amidst the challenges of limited visibility and recognition, It's time to transform this narrative, to illuminate the narratives woven within the pages of Nigerian books. By embracing and celebrating our literary heritage, we aspire to cultivate a community that recognizes the profound impact of local literature, fostering not just readers, but advocates of the captivating stories that emanate from our very own literary landscape. where Nigerian books and authors rightfully take center stage in the hearts and minds of youth Corp members, sparking a cultural shift that embraces the wealth of wisdom nestled within the pages of our literary treasures. Recently, there have been a increased need for voices of literature in Nigeria which have led to the interest of Nigeria Author. Nigerian Authors and their books not only serve as a form of Education, Entertainment, Cultural Preservation, and Language development but also brings about a significant impact on African literature, culture, and society. A lot of Authors from the Nigerian geographic location are missing from the Wikidata and Wikipedia databases due to lack of visibility, Nigerian books often face difficulties in gaining visibility on a global scale due to a lack of representation and promotion within the international literary community. One of the major issues is that Nigerian authors and stories are often overlooked and underrepresented. This lack of representation makes it harder for Nigerian books to gain visibility and reach a global audience. This project aims to put the subject of Nigerian books and their Authors in the forefront thereby promoting not only Nigerian books but also the cultural background embedded in the books. The need to promote Nigerian books and author's among youth Corp member in Imo state of Nigeria Is to specifically bring young people to the Knowledge of Wikipedia and its wide useability and also its other sister's project been that the knowledge of Wikipedia among youth situated in Imo state is not enough, and also enabling them have a platform where their preferred books, their favourite Author's will receive notability and it will allow them not to just wander about how to and where to find them, but to also put their passion into practible use. This project seeks to go a step further and promote Nigerian Literature and the Authors on Wikidata and Wikipedia and also improve existing Wikidata items and Wikipedia articles.
