First of all, the Tajik Wikimedian community is small and we are connected only through a Telegram group which is quite new and we can't solve our problems and also talk about our visions and the future priorities on this group or even on Wikipedia itself. On the other hand, our community never been part of a bigger community, and our knowledge about Wikimedia foundation and especially the Movement Strategy is very low. Young editors of Tajik Wikipedia are eager to learn more about the campaigns and new tools that they can localized into our Wikipedia.
With this conference we want to create an offline, safe space for Tajik Wikimedians to meet and connect with each other and participate in facilitated discussions about our vision, plans, challenges and priorities. We want the community members to feel energized by connecting with each other. Live discussions always will spark creative ideas to work together. By inviting some Wikimedians from the outside of community, we will have this chance to work with them in workshops about different aspects of Wikimedia. Practically speaking, we aim to create a plan for the community to move further. This conference will be the first Wikipedia event in Tajikistan.

List of main activities: Pre-conference work (including organizing the venue, inviting speakers, logistics) During the conference: DAY 1: Presentations about our User Group; current state of our community Presentation about How to present Wikipedia. Facilitated discussions about future priorities and plans, including providing information about Movement Strategy and grants. Presentation about how to build a community.
DAY 2: Presentation about the UCoC and how it can benefit our community, followed by Q&A Presentation Wikimedia movement campaigns (such as TWL, Wiki Loves Monuments, and etc) Presentation about Wikidata.

User:Darafsh and uer: VASHGIRD are the main persons of this conference. Both of them are member of the Tajik Wikimedians User Group and they are volunteers. Their roles are divided into off-site and on-site roles, as Darafsh lives outside the Tajikistan, VASHGIRD is responsible for the on-site tasks such as the venue, and logistics while Darafsh's roles are the program and presentations.
