1. What is the change that you are trying to bring about and why is this important.

Wikidata 十周年了，在全球 Wikidata 社群共同歡慶與交流的同時，臺灣也不應該缺席這次的盛會。在臺灣除了 2019 年成立的 Wikidata Taiwan 社群外還有許多不同的組織與機構也同樣使用著 Wikidata，為了促進臺灣各 Wikidata 使用社群與 Wikidata Taiwan 社群的交流以及知識的流通，將藉由 Wikidata 十周年這天舉辦大型的交流活動，推動社群之間的聯繫與合作，藉以為整體社群增能並尋找進一步合作的契機，同時也向臺灣大眾展示 Wikidata 社群現有的工作成果。

為了在當天促進社群之間的交流，我們將會透過舉辦一場大型論壇，邀請臺灣各個有在使用 Wikidata 的機構或組織代表，其中預計邀請的對象有：長期與 Wikidata Taiwan 合作的當代藝術單位新樂園藝術空間、自 2016 年就開始 Wikidata 研究的中央研究院莊庭瑞研究室、與 WMTW 開設 Wikidata 課程的成功大學歷史系以及自行開發 Wikidata 應用的臺灣圖書館界成員，向我們分享目前他們所做的一切，並同時在下午的茶敘時間邀請他們與我們一起共同慶祝 Wikidata 十周年。論壇中的分享都會進行紀錄，並在活動結束後以文字與攝錄影進行記錄與公開，部分文字會摘要翻譯成英文，將這些成果與知識交流能夠在網路上提供給臺灣其他社群以及分享給國際社群。

平時，Wikidata Taiwan 就會舉辦定期的月聚會，然而平常的月聚會規模較小無法邀請到不同領域的 Wikidata 使用者共同參與與分享內容，本次透過舉辦大型論壇特別邀請講者前來分享，希望能夠促進更加多元的社群參與者了解 Wikidata 以及 Wikidata Taiwan 社群，並與國際社群共同慶祝十周年活動。

我們將會在 10 月 29 日當天舉辦一日的 Wikidata 論壇，並邀請至少 4 位不同組織或機構的講者與我們分享 Wikidata 的工作成果與經驗。透過至少 2 個不同的社群平台進行活動的宣傳，並觸及至少 10000 人次，並希望邀請至少 80 人來參加這個活動。在活動結束之後，會將當天活動的分享進行剪輯，至少會有 4 場的演講會上傳至維基共享資源，並在 Wikidata 的活動頁面用中英文摘要分享的內容。

在人力上面，我們會透過預算支付一個半薪人力(0.5)專門進行活動的籌備，並且將會由 Wikidata Taiwan 招集社群志工約 10 人，合作組織志工約 5 人，合計有15 人的志工人力能夠進行活動的籌備。

我們主動邀集臺灣各領域的工作者，針對 Wikidata 同一個議題發表不同的工作經驗與方法，社群之間能夠透過同一個題目來進行互相交流。在活動結束後，文字摘要與錄影也能讓未能實際參加的社群成員了解 Wikidata 在不同領域的工作方法與經驗，促成知識的流通。

目前預計邀請新樂園藝術空間、成功大學歷史系以及中央研究院等單位與我們共同合作，他們都是 Wikidata Taiwan 長年的合作夥伴。他們將會協助進行部份的人力支援(在前面的章節我有提到)、協助活動的曝光與宣傳，並協助我們邀請更多的合作夥伴共同宣傳本次的活動。
