- 1. What is the change that you are trying to bring about and why is this important.
The purpose of the creation of Wikipedia and it's sisters awareness projects in College of Administrative Management and Technology (CAMTECH) Potiskum, Yobe State is to train and motivate the students to accept and use Wikimedia materials in Yobe State and Nigeria at large.
Moreover, to disclose and assist the students to acquire the knowledge of digital technology which can enable them contribute most importantly to the creation of articles that will bring about development of Yobe State through the knowledge and skills acquired.

Create public awareness about Wikimedia projects among students in College of Administrative Management and Technology (CAMTECH) Potiskum and recruitment of 30 new editors in various departments of the school.
This will enable full participation of students from various areas in Yobe state. Create public awareness about Wikimedia projects among participants in College of Administrative Management and Technology (CAMTECH) Potiskum, Yobe State. Many of the participants may have the idea about English Wikipedia but very few are aware of the other languages that Wikipedia is available in, especially the Hausa Wikipedia and other Wikimedia pojects that promote free education and open access to information to enhance the needs of this medium. Train participants on how to contribute to the various Wikimedia projects that the training focuses on which are:¡ creating a Wikipedia account, understanding the basic content policy, and understanding the general rules of editing, making minor edits etc. to improve content related to people, places, organizations, and history of Yobe state on Hausa Wikipedia, Wikidata, Wikitonary and Wikicommons.

Building awareness of Wikimedia among Students and other staff in College of Administrative Management and Technology (CAMTECH) Potiskum, Yobe State: This is to educate the students and other staff on the different uses of Wikimedia projects and to change their thinking about Wikipedia and other projects. Session on Off-line/Creative Awareness: This is a one-on-one session for participants. The method will also be used to raise awareness of the work of the Wikimedia Foundation. Online Training Session: This is an intensive training on how to promote or contribute content on Wikipedia and its sister projects. Offline Training Session and edit-a-thon: This is a hands-on keyboard training where new editors will be given a way to practice what they have learned from the online sessions.

• Hussaini Mohammed Inusa, I am the project leader. I participated in several Wikimedia Programs in Yobe State.
- Gwanki, a professional Wikimedian, has organized several Wikimedia projects in Northern Nigeria. He's manager at Hausa Wikipedia.
- Sufie Alyaryasie, an experienced Wikimedia editor and has experience in editing content. He has organized and been attending many Wikimedia events.
Mamman Ahmed and Maryam Saleh Isah from Yobe State will help to organize trips.

The content of the program will focus on filling the information gaps by updating existing articles and creating new Articles about people, places and organizations and history in Yobe state, and writing them on Wikipedia in Hausa, through this way we will improve the accuracy of knowledge in accordance with the Wikimedia strategy. This will also bring about development because it will further invest resources in Wikimedia's underrepresented communities around Nigeria and the world at large.

The target audience are staff and students of the College of Administrative Management and Technology (CAMTECH) Potiskum, Yobe State. and these include people from different sections of society. I will inform the principals before the event, show them what the event is all about and I will open groups on social media to answer their questions and guide them after the event. Most of the women are not represented and I want to bridge this gap, by encouraging them and giving them the necessary support, The college is not far from where I currently live. And I want to assure you that I know the school and the community very well because I used to stay there to study. I have already started contacting two of my friends who are now college students for suitable programs. I have three professional editors who will help me lead this project successfully by God's grace. These are: 1- Gwanki 2- Sufie Alyaryasie 3- M Bash Ne The experienced wikimedians mentioned (Wikipedia User names) will be invited to help me manage this work. They have experience in project management and have carried out various projects in different places in Nigeria. Considering that this is my first project and inviting these professional editors to lead the project, it will create a positive impact.

The space-friendly policy of Wikimedia content will be summarized and read at the beginning of each event to remind participants and organizers of the importance of the space policy. We will follow Wikimedia's friendly space policy during the event. Wikimedia and UCoC friendly space policies will be distributed to participants prior to the start of the event. The venue will be safe and convenient.
