1. What is the overall vision of your organization and how does this proposal contribute to this? How does this proposal connect to past work and learning?
- 本計畫旨在使全球維基媒體計畫增加更多亞洲的內容。我們會透過舉行寫作賽事來鼓勵大家在自己語言的維基百科增加亞洲條目的內容。這個方式已經由2015年開始舉行到現在，在全球社群之間有一定的知名度。今年的活動會保留大部分過去的做法，但是改善組織團隊以及亞洲社群的參與方式，以強化永續經營的可能。
2. What is the change that you are trying to bring about and why is this important?
- 我們希望平衡維基媒體計畫中的地域內容，特別是增加亞洲的內容。亞洲有著地球上最大的大陸，自東方的海島到西方深入內陸，有著豐富的自然環境、民族、文化與語言。但是維基媒體運動在這片廣大土地上還有很大的推廣空間，許多亞洲國家缺乏參與者、沒有代表組織，使得他們所知的一切較少出現在維基百科中。亞洲月可以減少這樣的地域偏差。

- 我們會在每年11月舉行面對全球的條目寫作競賽，鼓勵多編寫亞洲條目，達成基本門檻（4個亞洲條目）的可以獲得獎勵。由於這個賽事已經執行了6年，過往每年都得到許多迴響。我們認為其效果已經獲得證實且需要延續。

- 亞洲月過往已經累積了賽事運作的流程、寫作教材和社群網站資源。今年我們將著重兩項改變：
- 1. 重新探索亞洲各地社群合作的模式。
過去亞洲有意願的分支組織會參與給獎的工作，但是疫情讓有人力參與的亞洲社群減少、郵政流通也受到嚴重影響。2022年亞洲月將嘗試讓亞洲各社群參與寫作主題的擬定。具體方法是參考在中文維基百科實行多年的「動員令」活動，賽事改採積分制。除了「亞洲相關的條目」這個最大主題，我們將徵求亞洲各國社群提出值得寫作的焦點主題，並為這個焦點主題提供一些說明和推薦建立的條目。撰寫焦點主題可以獲得較高的積分，可以讓參賽者以較少的寫作數得到獎勵。

- 因為加入了新的規則，在統計成績上無法使用Fountain tool。我們必須確認各社群的組織者能夠熟悉計分方式並正確回報成績。這部分因為規則是參照中文維基百科既有活動，我們會請求主持過的志工提供經驗分享，轉成易懂的說明。
