Learning

[edit]

Projects do not always go according to plan. Sharing what you learned can help you and others plan similar projects in the future. Help the movement learn from your experience by answering the following questions:

  • What worked well?

Well, talking about the whole competition period, almost everything’s work well as per we planned. - More than 3+ datathon were organized inside Kathmandu and Lalitpur. - Huge numbers of participation and contributions were acheived.

  • What did not work so well?

- Quantitatively, somehow we achieved the target, qualitatively we're still struggling to acheive a better results. - Only less number of qualitative contents were been updated by contributors.

  • What would you do differently next time?

- Well, we're still dealing with the basic wikidata operation and some sort of updated query too. We realized that to make these kind of program even successful first of all the trainer also needs to be trained. For next programs, we'll be focusing on much upgraded training and advance wikidata query.
