- In law, our user group doesn't have a legal backing or status therefore it is impossible to enter into any legal relationship with another organization in Nigeria with legal status.
- Majority of our partnership requires signing of "Memorandum of Understanding" , which is a legal document. Therefore, as a user group it will be impossible to enter into agreement with any organization without a legal status. With the new status, we will avoid the strees of the mentioned obstacle.
- Due to our non legal status it is impossible for us to institute any legal action against any other organization who might have inflicted on our right. This means, we now have a right under the constituition of our nation. .
- When we are fully positioned, it will allow our community to stand as an entity without the use of fiscal sponsor for any of our projects.
- The status will help to an environment for employment to some of our willing and active members when its fully in operations.
