Application moved to draft

[edit]

Hello, Atudu; thank you for submitting this grant proposal. As noted in the Eligibility and Funding Guidelines page, we are only receiving applications for Wiki Loves Monuments in the month of August, and for awareness campaigns grants in the month of September. I am moving this application back to draft so that you may adjust it to current funding guidelines and resubmit it in a month open to other types of applications. Regarding leftover fund

[edit]

Hello, I JethroBT (WMF), We are happy to inform you that we have completed the project (WLB-NEI Part II) on 10th Oct 2020 and just started to conclude our report. We all are aware of this unavoidable pandemic situation, hence in this project some of the plans we could not execute according to our actual plan but also we have implemented other plans which have actually gone great. This year we didn't visit the field as instructed. For that reason 57,000 INR is left in our hand.

Next year we have decided to go for the Project Grant plan. So I wish to know the future about this hand in cash amount. Can we spend that said fund in our proposed project grant plan if it be approved? Since our project grant proposal will have to be furnished in January-February and till we have less field work as per instruction, can we use the remaining fund in progressing field work between the periods of October to January? Eagerly waiting for your reply. Thanks --Atudu (talk) 07:06, 14 October 2020 (UTC)Reply

Hello Atudu, thanks for letting us know about the remaining funds. It is indeed possible to use the remaining funds for your future grants. Please put all the information about the remaining funds in your grant report under the Remaining funds section. After you submit the report, we'll suggest retaining the remaining funds until you submit a new grant request. If the project grant that you propose is approved, we'll reallocate the remaining funds to that project. Please let me know if you have other questions.
