• Since you and User:Ranjithsiji are from Wikimedians of Kerala User Group, do you confirm that this proposal is requested on behalf of this user group? If that is the case, please update the infobox and add your user group details. Please also add a secondary contact, who will be co-signing the grant agreement with you.
• Wikimedians of Kerala User Group is currently incompliant with WMF reporting requirements. We will need you to resolve this issue and submit the annual report, so that we can move forward with this grant request.

Thank you DSaroyan (WMF) for your response and comments on this grand request. Please find answers to your questions below:

• Although we both are members of Wikimedians of Kerala User Group, the grand request is for individual grand. The project members of the Wikiproject Kerala and supporting this editathon maynot be members of the UG.

DSaroyan (WMF) and Gnoeee Thank you for pointing me about the Annual reports of Wikimedians of Kerala UG. There was a little confusion with the reporting period. I thought that the reporting month was November insted of October. Now Only I relaized that the period was from October to next September. So I created the report, sent email on mailing list, announced on social media. Soon will update on the website itself. Actually the primary contacts of UG Sidheeq and 01tonythomas are not in Kerala and not actively participating the UG activities. Also I am not getting regular updates from WMF this is causing a regular delay now a days. Now the problem is rectified hopping WMF will review soon and clear the block. --Ranjithsiji (talk) 18:12, 23 November 2020 (UTC)
