As for your reimbursement, please reply to the email from grantsadminwikimedia.org (resent yesterday 15 September 2015) and provide the requested information and documents so that we may first issue your grant agreement. We need a signed agreement and the rest of the information/documents requested prior to any grant funds disbursement. If you do not see this email in your inbox, kindly check your junk/spam folder; if not there, please email us at the address above and let us know so, that we can resend the request to you.

Additionally, WMF already offers international travel coverage (the information and insurance card were sent to you in the email dated 19 August 2015). Since the travel insurance policy you purchased is a duplicate coverage, it is not considered an eligible expense, and we will not be able to reimburse you for this expense.
