Dear Krishna Chaitanya Velaga,

Thank you for your interest in attending Celtic Knot 2018 on behalf of the Wikimedia movement. Unfortunately, this event is out of scope for TPS because the organizers have applied for a Conference Grant. We will not be able to make separate scholarships while that application is under review or if it is funded. Since their application includes scholarships, it will be up to the organizers to prioritize scholarship allocation.

Furthermore, this event appears to be regional in nature. Consequently, it is not the type of event for which we would usually reimburse for travel from outside the region.
