Explain your plan[edit]

I'm an active participant in Wikimedia Foundation projects since 2014. Mostly I active on Wikimedia Commons, Ukrainian Wikipedia and Russian Wikipedia. I regularly participate in Wiki Loves Earth and Wiki Loves Monuments contests, I constantly win prizes in the quantitative nomination of “Wiki loves Earth”. I visited Wikimania in 2018 and 2019. I am engaged in the popularization of the Wikimedia movement in the city of Khmelnitsky, where I live now. I have been organized a Wikiclub in the city library, and this year’s club members took part in the Ukrainian part of Wiki love Earth for the first time.

WikiClub in Khmelnitsky, Ukraine

I explain to people how to make their first edits on Wikipedia, how to upload their photos, how to take part in competitions on Wikipedia.

I participate in various television programs, where I speak about my experience of participating in Wikimania, Wiki loves monuments, Wiki loves Earth, about Wikipedia in general, Wikimedia Commons and about my Wiki Club:

This year I was invited to be a member of jury in Romanian part of WLM contest and I'm already evaluating this work. I also have a YouTube channel where I post small videos about my trips to Wikimania. I've wrote hundreds of articles on Wikipedia and uploaded thousands photos to Wikimedia Commons, but I feel how much I'm missing in my wiki activities during my trips without a laptop. I work on my outdated computer in Khmelnitsky, but when I'm traveling (this happens often) , I can’t do my work in the jury, just like I can’t upload photos to Wikimedia Commons or edit the articles. When I found out about this program, I decided to participate. If I have a laptop, I can also upload reportage photos from Ukrainian conferences I attend, from Wikimania or CEE much quickly, and I wil not have to wait for my return home.

I have been running a wiki marathon in Khmelnitsky for several years now. It would be very convenient for me if I have my own laptop to do this job.
