Sure. Nowadays usernames with “~” (see e.g. this belated claim) or misjudged efforts to avoid tildes (example) are more important than obsolete Web applications like Special:MergeAccount. Incnis Mrsi (talk) 07:38, 2 February 2019 (UTC)
