Karnal Wikimedia Meetups
[edit]We held the first Karnal Meetups in April 2008 at Forensic Science Laboratory, Dyal Singh College, Karnal with five Wikipedians and are trying to make this a regular event.
Agenda
[edit]The meetups are casual events with no fixed agenda but are a great place for:
- Introducing Wikipedians of the region to each other.
- Chat about Wikipedia and other related topics.
- Adding new Wikimedians to the group.
- Experienced Wikimedians helping out new editors.
While these Meetups are aimed at keeping Wikimedians in Karnal in touch, those that live outside Karnal are also welcome and do attend. This is also an open invite for anyone interested in finding out more about Wikipedia and other Wikimedia projects such as Wikimedia Commons and WikiData. New and perspective editors are also welcome.
