The Tiled Hall Café
This is the organisation page for the sixth Leeds Wikimedia meetup (and first since 2015!).
It'll be a casual social gathering for Wikimedia enthusiasts where we...
- Chat about Wikipedia, Wikimedia and any other topics we fancy. Anything of interest to WikiProject Yorkshire also very welcome.
- Eat lunch, cake or enjoy a hot drink in one of the most beautiful rooms in Leeds (if you fancy - certainly not a requirement).
- See if our conversation, the interesting building, and resources of the gallery and library inspire us to any editing or photo uploading opportunities.
All are welcome, no matter you level of experience with Wikipedia and other Wikimedia projects. You can expect to meet some very keen Wikipedians, however this is also an open invite for anyone interested in finding out more about these topics and how they can get involved.
Please also invite any Wikimedia people you know (or have had wiki dealings with) – spread the word!

- I wouldn't mind, but if only it was a bit closer to home and if it was a bit easier to get there. I'd love to see the Leeds Central Library and its archives, too, but location aside, I think it would clash with my studies, too. Hullian111 (talk) 08:41, 8 April 2024 (UTC)

How to get there

From the cafe's website:
- Bus: 15 minute walk from the city centre bus station.
- Rail: 10 minute walk from Leeds Railway Station.
- Parking: On street parking is located nearby on Cookridge Street. Secure car parking is available in Woodhouse Lane, The Light, Merrion Centre and Rose Bowl car parks, a 5-10 minute walk away.
