I request (temporary) CentralNotice adminship only to create and edit CentralNotice campaign and banners for c:Commons:Picture of the Year/2015 as a member of POTY 2015 Committee. We hope to run banner for Round 1 from 2016-04-01 to 2016-04-10.
I read CentralNotice/Usage guidelines, CentralNotice/Banner guidelines and Help:CentralNotice. I'd like to create a campaign on the base of former year's or older to avoid errors. Thank you.--miya (talk) 12:48, 28 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
